(SOLVED)Net Framework

I am installing some games and encountering a dialogue..
i have net framework installed(see in shot below),but the games refuse to open and this dialogue is shown on some and not others
even with latest4.5 i get the message on some games.. i would of thought with 4.5 all games that needed net framework would work??
Just to add i can not do the option of connect to download as this computer is not on a network thats connected to internet
Any help please..
Some games Need the Old Framework to work..with the new stuff -Backward compatible as they say.. I`d Install them… if U have them the will be overwritten anyways..
Try looking at the properties of the file make it compatible ??
Download it from here onto another pc and copy the installer over and then run it

Edit…will not work still…. I uninstalled 3.5 reboooted..reinstalled and game will still give message..I then see there was a 3.5 sp1 so i downloaded that and on trying to install got the above message yet again saying 3.5 is not installed when it is!! Im baffled now…must be some sort of bug and im not re installing a wholse OS to try and remedy this..
Edit i got a cheap dongle and made wifi connection..updating online solves this problem..thansk for help
