[SOLVED]Plowshare Help In Uploading Files

Can U Help me to upload files to Various file hosts via plowshare I Have a Whatbox seed box account!!! I am connected to Whatbox via ssh and have successfully installed plowshare!!!
The Only Problem Is uploading!!! Please Help In Uploading Files To File hosts Like Uploaded,Filefactory Go4up Etc Etc!!!
Here Is Their Read me Manual, I Am A Newbie So Really Dont Understand Anything!!!
