Looking for iPhone emulator

I’m looking for a good iPhone emulator to test iPhone apps on Windows 7 64bit. Any recommendations?

I’ve searched and searched for one of these in the past. I don’t think there is a full emulator out there as of right now.
The closest I can find is at the link below, but it doesn’t run apps. So it is pointless.
