August 2nd, 2016

Hi again.
I know it’s easy to install linux on a windows 7 os and have them dual boot.
But how to go about installing windows 7 on a lubuntu OS and have them dual boot?
Can it be done? thanks

Thanks.
It certainly doesnt seem as easy as putting ubuntu on to windows.
I may have to erase the drive and put windows on first then lubuntu.. but it took a while to set lubuntu up so i can use it properly… and i forgot how lol

Well when you update the firmware on your new SSD, then you can install Windows then lubuntu as dual boot, however, partitioning on a SSD does affect it’s performance, the same as partitioning a RAID 0 set up.

Thanks
This question is actually for my netbook.
I have lubuntu set up on it, and i’m not good at setting up linux os’s.
So rather than have to format and reinstall after putting windows 7 on, I want to try to put windwos 7 on the existing lubuntu system and have a dual boot.
Unfortunately not easy tho.
