iGO primo – how to increase volume to the maximum?

I have iGO Primo (2.4) ANS Navigator 9.6.29.346622 and using on Samsung S2.
In menu setting i put volume to the maximum but it still is silently. Then i saw there are many configuration into sys.txt. I start to searched and i found those parameters:
;0-STREAM_VOICE_CALL, 1-STREAM_SYSTEM, 2-STREAM_RING, 3-STREAM_MUSIC, 4-STREAM_ALARM, 5-STREAM_NOTIFICATION
navigation_audio_stream=4
With some reason people suggest to use 4 – alarm stream. Ok, i put that and this too:

alarm_volume="255"
I still have silently voice from navigation. I found when i change alarm setting to the max. into S2 i get maximum louder sound. But i wont in that way to changing sound. I want to set up sys.txt and only when i run app. to get the maximum sound louder.
I am not sure do i need to and something more into [sound] part. I c/p many sound configuration but with some reason iGO can make priority on alarm sound and to change it up.

Try adjusting some of these in you sys.txt. Notice the voice volume.
