Trying to register an account on korean website

Hi, i am trying to register an account on a website but its a korean website. I have been right clicking and opening images in new tab to show what they are called. (as a lot of images little text which means google translate is out of the question).
But I have spent 2 hours going trying to make this account. I am unsure of if i have locked my IP due to many incorrect attempts.
If anyone can speak Korean will you be able to help me out? A lot of error messages (assuming errors) pop up in another window in chrome with [][][][][]][].
Yet I have the language packs installed and Korean letters i can read (not literally but can see).

I don’t understand anything about Korean, but I know that if you use Google Chrome it translates the page automatically and that may help a bit.

I am using it. And Unfortunately a lot of the writing isnt text and its in images
