Software Engineer or Programmer or Who?

Hey Guys, I’m trying to find and hire someone who has the ability to reprogram a game controller that is already out on the market to be used on a platform that runs off of android, iOS, or PC. However, the issue is that I’m not sure of who (job/skillset) to focus on and speak with to get this job done. Can anyone give me clarity on who (which type of programmer/developer or etc) I need to speak with? As well as help with writing up a proper description to present to them.

you already can for 360 and ps3 controllers.

I dont know about IOS. But you can on andriod using an otg cable. PC is an plug and play for xbox controller. There a few program for ps3 controller on pc…
I am guessing your trying to hire someone to make an controller that work for all hu?

Look on amazon and ebay as there is many that are made for iphone and android with xbox/ps3 functions and looks
