acer Z3731 all in one PC noisy fan

I have a problem with the above AIO in that the fan spins constantly which has happened from new but out of warranty.
Just wondered if you guys knew anything I could do to either slow it down or have it come on less as it’s quite annoying having to hear the noise. Inside is clean and free from dust build up and I’m only doing light tasks on it and internet.

You could see if you can control fan speed in bios
Alternatively, you can use a fan speed controller program such as speedfan.
Unfortunately, if no fan speeds appear in bios and in a program such as speedfan, then it would suggest that fan controller has been locked by the manufacture.
