For accountability purposes you can’t directly remove a post . I’d suggest reporting your own post and a mod should / may remove it for you .

For a link you just type it and put it in a code box as shown here in this sticky..

Don’t forget to use the code box for internal links like the one above, and external links like
www.google.com
If you use a browser such as Firefox, use a link recognizing add on such as Linkification..
You then just have to click on a link and you don’t have to copy and paste it into the address bar yourself
You can use Linkify Plus in Chrome and other browsers too..
