Ipod file transfer

i was wondering if there is a way to transfer songs and movies to ipod
with out going thru itunes to transfer files,
is there a software to transfer from pc to ipod ?

SSH using WinSCP, iFile, iFunBox, iPhone Folders, DiskAid etc…..
