Laptop help

so im fixing a laptop. The problem is it wont turn on. made a video so that u guys can see it and maybe help me out. I saying its either the battery or the laptop itself, the the laptop is HP pavilion dv9000

In the video you tried with the battery off. What about with it on, the same happens?
