You don’t without doing some serious editing.
You will need to crop to about 50×50; drop number of frames down from 10 to 6; recolour to 256 down from true colour.
The resulting 10.5k gif would be something like:

is right, it’s too big a drop from the 819k to 12k – it will look like crap or be so small as to be pointless.
Google might help – there are some fine online gif optimisers.
The best I got was 210k – with heavy compression and colours reduced to 20. (same size)
Even reducing it to 120 x ? (proportional) it was still 68k
