Hello, I want to change my mobile phone, I want to buy an Iphone5 but it's locked on icloud I heard that unlocking I phone how is locked on icloud coast very expensive

its a brick, its a stolen phone and to unlock you need to enter in the person password.

A phone that is locked via iCloud can be recovered by resetting the appleid password – if the person you are buying the phone from doesn’t have the email or other info to do this reset, it’s likely he never had them in the first place. He can also contact Apple and provide security info to have a reset. If he can’t or is unwilling to reset the password, you can bet your home that the phone is hot.

There is no working bypass that I know of! Just don’t buy the phone (you said ‘I want to buy an Iphone5 but it’s locked on icloud’ suggesting you haven’t done it yet). Anyone can put up a website that promises unlocking in about 30 minutes including the domain purchasing and DNS updates.
PS: if the seller tells you that it is easy, tell him that you will pay an additional $25 for him to have it unlocked before you buy it.
Let start this again. Its very simple. IF the phone is NOT STOLEN. Contact the seller or who ever gave it to you for the info to unlock. If he/she dont remember. Like said in his earlier post. He/she can contact Apple and get it reset with the information he/she has. If they cant then walk away.
Never buy a phone that you cannot get it to work on the spot. No matter how easy it seem. It could be a headache down the road. Even if your able to unlock it by paying. You do not want to be that guy with a stolen phone.
You are right ! I ill buy a good cheap android phone rather than putting my money on a phone locked that I don’t know if he’s fine (camera, speaker …) ..

its stolen, if your phone is reported stolen, you turn on icloud lock, it will tell the person this is a stolen phone and will ask for a password to unlock and it cant be taken down without the password, the it will even say this phone belongs to, ada…dad@ad.com,it wont give you their full email and even then what are you going to do, e-mail them and say i have your stolen phone can you unlock?
