midnight MX2 setup

Hi all. I saw people selling these but I dont want to spend so much money. SO I decided to buy the actual box and do it myself. Now, I dont know how to do it so I was wondering if anyone knows how to set this up to have all the things advertised by the people selling it?

Thanks but that is not it .. I am looking on how to setup PPV, stream live sports, movies and TV shows….. I Googled already and nothing.
