The only solution I know is the one you already mentioned..Burn to a Blu-Ray..
Or for storage purpose..You can split the iso to multiple parts and burn each part to a DVD..

“Either rar to split it into parts, or extract the individual files from the iso with something like imgburn and make a new iso at the destination.”
You can set the size of the files you want to make with with winrar..set it to DVD size..
Of course if you wanted make DVDs that you could install directly from…That’s a different kettle of fish.
And way above my head

you should invest some moneys on an external HDD, this will be the only viable solution in the near future. You also have blue-rays but they cost too much…
Answer #4
Create your own installation, it should be very easy, especially if game doesn’t use any registry keys.
You can use winrar i.e. sfx so you can “install” from your dvds without copying the files on your pc.
Another not bad program at all is Setup factory – it is like winrar but with nice GUI.
And what else, oh yeah, you can use custom scripts/conversions…..just search for e.g. DragonBall Xenoverse – NxDVD5 CIU1014+UltraArc.

Reading that, I get the impression that you have either a rar inside an iso or an iso inside a rar.
If the file you open in ultraiso shows you “one single archive” – unpack that archive to a folder then open it.
Like this:
Dragonball.Xenoverse-CODEX.rar (single or multi-part file) -> Dragonball.Xenoverse.iso
Unpack that iso to a hard drive folder :
Dragonball.Xenoverse.iso -> open that if ultraiso or winrar (I find WRar to be better for this step) – now “extract to” a sub folder.
You should now have the files that were inside the iso – they might STILL be bigger than 8.5 G double layer (I have a number of packs here that have single files 9 to 14 G)… BUT you might now have multiple files and setup.exe (and others).
Hopefully you can then burn them manually separated onto 2 or 3 4.5 G or 1 8.5 G and 2 4.5 G dvds.

If I’ve read your words wrong and mistaken it, ignore this.
