need help with gta5

chinese language to english, done the regedit stuff eng -us.but still goes back to default any help would be appreciated.latest update 3 and patch 4

Do the regedit but enter EN at the language where it says default

edit the 3dmgame.ini file in your install directory with notepad, change zh-CHT to en-US in the 4th line
with V4 of the crack the launcher is setting the language
