Z2 Turtle Beach randomly not working

So in the morning my left earphone was working and was working for the past few months. but right now it just randomly stopped working without me changing anything, any help please.

Not sure what system you’re using the headphones on, but first try using them on another system, such as a PS3, Xbox 360, or PC, to see if the same problem occurs. If not, then it’s most likely an issue with the audio settings on the system you are using them on. Try this and see what happens. If it doesn’t feel free to further inform me of the issue and I’ll see what I can do to help.

I’m 90% sure it’s your headphones and not the sound card, But you really should test em on another PC/Stereo/MP3 player
to know for sure. This issue is very common with cheap headphones, The wires just too tight and get ripped out over time
in one side, It can easily be fixed with a soldering iron and some basic skills tho.
