MGS V blueprint bug help

I’m stuck at 99% because I’m missing the stun grenade blueprint in mission 14: Lingua Franca that no longer shows up. I’ve looked at some forums that Konami has recently patched this. Where can I find the manual download to the latest patch? or Is there another fix to this bug? Please help.

The video you linked isn’t the blueprint bug I was talking about and it didn’t fix the bug.
I’m referring to the stun grenade blueprint from mission 14 Lingua Franca.

Yup that’s the bug am running into- stun grenade blueprints in mission 14 Lingua Franca doesn’t spawn and its not registered as obtained. The video shows that its fixed in patch 1.04. Do you know where I can find the latest patch by konami as Leader’s version doesn’t update via steam? or can anybody help fix this problem?
