Assasins Creed Syndicate Windows 10 64 Bit

Hi guys
Downloaded Codexs version of the new AC Syndicate had it working the other day no problems until i went for my tea then came back to find the game had been kicked back to desktop but the AC logo was still there in the task bar when i clicked on the AC logo to try maximize the game it would go to a black screen then keep throwing itself back to the desktop constantly with the logo still there
so had to close it down in task manager and now i cant even get in the game but it loads the game in the taskbar and still when i try to maximize it nothing happens
i have formatted windows reinstalled 10 again, updated visual C++, Direct X and nothing seems to fix the issue
unistalled and reinstalled AC, Re downloaded from the same source as like i said it worked previous

Nvidia GTX 960 SC 256gb SSD Drive
Windows 10 64 Bit
Game loaded onto SATA

I would turn off AV and internet and recrack the game.
What happens when you launch the game?

Hmm this is strange i actually found a fix on the internet but if i dont click the left click button repeatadly it will carry on doing the same thing

1) Launch the game as you would normally do.
2) When the game gets minimized, click it at the bottom and try to maximize it. If your problem is anything like mine a black screen will appear for a short while and get minimized again.
3) Now, when the black screen appears, start clicking your left mouse button repeatedly and rapidly, and your game should instantly load and stay maximized and in full screen. You will now be able to play the game without any trouble.
This is just a workaround I still haven't found the source of the problem, but its good enough for me for the time being. I hope it helps the erst of you if you are still experiencing the problem.
ALSO: This process will have to be repeated every time you launch the game, however after it is launched you can minimize it, or alt - tab it or whatever and come back to it without a any problems. The problem only occurs at the launch of the game.
Let me know if this helps or if anyone finds the actual cause of the problem.
