Personally, I would look at the fan itself, and put the part number into Google to look it up.
Yeah i agree i would totally look at the fan and there should be a model number Google that number followed by the make of the fan

How will that help? Sure it might show you the RPM if the fans are connected to the motherboard header but apart from that what?

Rated CFM and actual CFM will vary greatly.
R4’s are not that bad but they have weak pressure. They should only be used as exhaust fans as they are crap for intake and heatsinks.
