Winter jobs for teens with divorced parents?

April 4th, 2014

I made lots of money this summer mowing lawns, but I want to keep making some money year-round.
My parents are divorced, and my dad lives 14km from my mother’s house, and thus I can’t bike back and forwards from my mom’s to my dad’s (like I did with mowing)
Just wondering about any possible jobs for teens to do during winter, and almost-easily available to access and do from both houses. I am still considering to do shoveling, but uh yeah, just some info.
Thanks!

its good that you start working at an early age. there are always alot of jobs you can like you said shovelling and stuff but you can also go to your neighbors house and ask them if they need help baby sitting. you can make good money baby sitting.
my suggestion is when you earn this money is not to spend it on things you want to buy but rather have a goal and start saving. i know as a teen its hard(hell i went throught it) but the more money you save the better your off later.
good luck
