PS3 automatically starting up?

For some reason when I turn on/off my tv my ps3 will turn on without me pressing the power button?
Even if I’ve been watching tv I turn off the tv and the ps3 will start up and turn my tv back on..
Is there a setting on the ps3 to turn this off?

just turn off the remote start option.

how do you do that? I’ve had a look in the settings and I cant see that settings…
