Does Nook touch support pirated content. (mostly epub)

Yes, I believe you can.

Yes it only supports epub and pdf but the Nook touch runs on Android, there will always be an App or a new update which will increase the number of formats it will be bale to read.
And yes you can download books off the web and off warez-bb and read them on the Nook

Sony PRS 350. These are the only two fall under my budget.

I just got my Nook color today. The downside is, out of the 8 gb they have on them, you only get 1 gb for your custom files. Best invest in a micro sd card.
