App to connect to iPhone without iTunes?

Hey all, what is the best application to connect to my iPhone without iTunes to download the music and pictures to my computer? I heard that there is something from IMTOO or something I don’t know I have searched but inhave found crap.
Hope someone can help, thanks so much!!!!!!

You can move music using CopyTrans…. Pictures, well just connect to computer and go in My Computer and you will see iPhone as flash…
But if you want to pay, go with PWNtunes….

You can still use it to get your pictures and music off of it. I’ve been doing it for awhile now…
