[Solved]What does this error mean?

why cnt i access some of the sitrs tht normally used to work fine
i have tried firefox,chrome,internet explorer
sites like facebook,google,yahoo,hotmail are givin errors
these sites are not opening nymore
nybody knw what does this mean

it happens when u enter the https:// connections,nothing else don’t worry mate.
