How to cancel hold keys in Battlefield 3?

I couldn’t cancel the ‘Hold’ for using the sight (zoom).
I want to make it like in Call Of Duty that one click will zoom in and another one will zoom out.
Is there any way?

Options > Gameplay > Weapon Zoom > Set to Click not Hold.
