Fallout New Vegas.SKIDROW problem?!

I just installed new vegas with all dlc’s then i installed update 7 (all are skidrow versions)
and i got d3d9.dll for ati versions (it shows your ati card as a similar nvidia card)
still when i try to play the game. it freezes and stops working.
Also i disabled the intro movie from Fallout_default.ini and changed the line bUseThreadedAI=0 to bUseThreadedAI=1 ..still cant play the damn game.
this is the first problem with a SKIDROW game that i cant solve myself. so help me please.
p.s i got ati 5730 gpu with an i7. and im using win7 x64

d3d9.dll
should be a redist folder in your game install. find the DXSETUP.exe and install directx
new drivers for ati card yesterday 24th

as tooth said, update ur GFX drivers and DirectX, that should do the trick

i did all things as u told still cant play the game. anyway thanks for the help.
