weirdest thing i noticed for 2 days now
when i go to:
Start-> Turn Off computer
and then i press Shut down it reboots the PC and not shutting it down

I currently own a belkin mimo wireless router and it continues to assign the same ip to other laptops under the dhcp form. Additionaly i am not able to assign static ip due to a broadband phone. Is there any router out there that doesn’t assign ip every time?
