I need help with skyrim.

i am playing the game right now, but how can i get to use the skyrim laucher?
and about the mouse sensibility, any1 else have problems with it? i cant adjust the sensibility of looking up and down, but i can adjust it for going from side to side
and i’ve sen the resolution to like 1360 – 768 and im kinda lagging, its just cause my computer sucks right? nvm im just gonna set that down-..
but please some1 help me!
