Skyrim mouse interaction bug

Hi, I’ve already installed skyrim 3 times attempting to fix this issue which even a friend on a different PC has come upon.
The issue is with the mouse not interacting with the interface of Skyrim.
If i press tab to view the four options: magic, skills, items and maps the mouse cursor cannot select none of the four, only option here for me is to use WASD.
Same goes for when pressing Q to bring up the favorites menu, here i cannot highlight anything with the mouse and only the left hand is able to be equipped.
Now I know this is a bug and it is possible for the mouse to work here because i saw the day9 skyrim play through and his cursor selected all menus and worked perfectly.
Any help will be appreciated.

Download and install the latest repacked update by razor1911. I think that should fix ur problem.
