Offline browsing

October 30th, 2013

i only have a few hours of internet access every day. Is there any way i can set set google chrome, firefox or opera so that when i close the browser and open it again later the tabs will re-open even thought i am offline?
opera used to be able to do this but not in the recent versions

As i know you can do this in Firefox, under the File you have Work Offline – when you have multiple tabs – when you exit Firefox just select save&quit.
EDIT: SmAsHeDr is right, just save page.
