Internet page not opening, Pc soon to go out the window….

Also upgrade my download limit to 500GB since then when i open a page in Mozilla or Chrome or internet exp I have to refresh it once to get the page to open.
If I leave it long enough it will open but takes too long. On a refresh it opens nearly straight away. Any ideas would but great cause the problem is really starting to get on my nerves

Hrmm, sounds really odd.
Have you tried the basics? cleaned all history/cache/cookies, ran CCleaner, uninstalled/reinstalled browsers?
But that sounds quite weird that it’s doing it across all of your browsers; it might be a Firewall/Antivirus problem with the way it hangs, have you tried disabling them? (Preferably keeping Windows Firewall ON!)
Have you also tried on another computer/device/OS?
You could also try contacting your ISP and see if it is a problem with something on their end; if it’s having trouble connecting it could be a problem with the DNS servers being used.
Try using Google DNS http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/
and see if the problem still occurs.
Bit defender total security got many bugs and issues with idm so i had many problems when installed bitdefender as i had bad time with it
this is what i do ..download the 1 amongst the top antivirus every 15-20days,run a scan overnight.uninstall it the next day…move on…20days later take another antivirus software…i dont use cracked versions.i prefer to use the free ones from the official website.i cant remember the last time i had to format due to a virus.i suggest you try my method

Ya its the bit defender that’s causing the hassle it checks each web page to make sure the material is safe and that’s what causing it to freeze.
I have it turned off at the moment.
Think ill used bitdefender 2010 never had any hassle with that version.
