Help with The Sims 3 :Adventure Worlds

I get this when it asks me for update to continue …What should I do ?

have u patched ur sims 3?
if u havent u must patch it first from ur version to the last, just check ur skuversion.txt in the game bin folder.
just make sure the region is worldwide (version number ends with 2)
if not change the sims 3 registry sku to 2..
Go to start, type regedit, enter, Go to hkey_local_machine, software, sims, The sims3, double click SKU and change the value to 2
