download Virtual DJ, or any Music editing software for that matter, and put the Pitch higher and higher till you like the sound.

you can also make it play faster and it osunds like chipmunks with the pitch higher

If you use SoundForge or even Nero Wave Editor, you can do it.
SoundForge is in Effects i believe, and then in Pitch, the in Shift.
With Nero Wave Editor, it’s Tools, and then transpose.
I do that a fair bit myself actually, so i know what you want
