2 Question

I have downloaded AT&T Natural Voices from link provided here in these forums. it was about 406 MB size. after I installed it (desktop engine) how do I use it? I can see 2 more voices in the TEXTALOUD program from ATT. but what do I need ATT for? which is 400+MB size
and other question is, how do I create rar archives like the scene groups do? their archives are like name.rar, name.r00, name.r01 etc…
