d3dx9_26.dll missing?

downloaded a game and when i click to open says d3dx9_26.dll missing, if thats refering to direct x then i have edition 11. if not then im not sure, someone help me out please!
also missing mss32.dll
i have windows 7 btw

yeah it direct x, try redownload newer version , like aug 09.

Can you post a screenshot of the error please — Also try to find the missing file via Google and paste it in the requested directory that the error asks.

No matter how updated your Directx…Install the Directx that comes with the game…Some dlls are only included with the game…
