Im new to this =/

Ok 2 days ago i downloaded Lord of the rings battle for middle earth 2 http://www.google.com?t=709888&highlight= Please remember to code ALL links even internal/Thanks-twncam
Its the first time ive downloaded a game but i read threw the instructions on the page 1. Unrar.
2. Burn or mount with Daemon Tools.
3. Install the game. When prompted use our keygen located in the crack dir
on the DVD or use any of these keys:
4. Copy over the crack to your install dir.
5. Play the game.
I download it on flashget i try and move it to its own file by extracting it but it allways come up with errors like its either broken or the wrong file type, ive tried downloading it 3 times from different people but allways happens, this is my first time doing this and i kinda have no idea how to use deamon tools or anything like this can anyone please shead some light onto like what the heck unraring is or mounting is. IF you could i would be so greatful.

When you download just about anything on here it will be compressed/split into parts. These are called Rar archives (WinRar archives). Unraring is simply extracting the files, you wil need WinRar to do this. Once you get Winrar just right click on one of the files and select Extract Here. Mounting is useing a program like Daemon Tools, PowerIso, MagicIso ect. to creat a virtual drive (Which your PC recognizes as a physical optical drive. To explain that i need to know which one of them you are using. But you have to set a virtual drive and then mount the .Iso to it and you can run the .Iso like you have a disk in from My Computer.
Cracks are normally in the .Iso’s, to find them you have to “Explore” the Iso you have mounting in My Computer and there is normally a folder named “Crack” or tagged with the release groups name on it.

Ok right i had a go at all that and its work i extracted it to a file but theres a problem i installed it all just fine but when i click play it opens up the game and says please insert cd rom i installed deamons tools

how do i get it to recognize it as a cd rom i click on the tool bat on deamon tools and device and click on the file and open it up via deamon tools biut it still says it doesn’t see it as a cd do i have to download something else?

Ok, lets start from the top. I’ll go over the whole process. I tried to find a copy of Daemon Tools but search is down atm so i will show you with PowerIso, you do it the same way.
Once you have all the .Rars downloaded you Extract them.


Then if you have Daemon Tool installed properly, you should see it when you right click on .Iso files. And you can manipulate the program from there.

With daemon tools you may have to create a virtual drive before this becomes available. Once you do and select the .Iso your wanting to install to mount it will loo like this is My Computer.


What needs to be done before you start the install is find the crack. If it wasn’t by itself when you extracted the .Rar you will find it within the .Iso by right-clicking and chosing Explore.

Then find the folder thats labeled Crack or the release groups’ name.
Example: S.T.A.L.K.E.R.Shadow.of.Chernobyl-ViTALiTY

Look at the contents, for most games you should find at least an .exe.

So you know what to do with the contents of the crack folder most release groups put an .NFO file with their releases. Use DAMN NFO Viewer to read them (Google it, its freeware)

Select and right click the .exe, then click “Copy”
Then navigate to the Install directory where the games info is saved to your HD. Now find the file with the same name as the crack and Right-Click/Paste the crack into that folder to overwrite the original .exe.

Now PLAY!
