Problems extracting .rar files

hey!! i use download accelerator 9 for all my download purpose. i usally download from rapidshare. when i try to extract .rar files sometimes it display the error “crc files. file might be corrupt” so i’ve to download those files all over again. i don’t know why such error occurs! There is no problem while downloading the files. pls help!! Thanks a lot.

try to download the latest ver of winrar and then extract ur files

It happens quite frequently for many people. It could be your internet connection is prone to errors which are not normally noticed or it could be your ISP when they fetch the data. It could even be RS itself.
I don’t think any other version of Winrar will make any difference. You could always use keep broken files and see if that allows it to extract. But bare in mind that the data may have some corruption which for Applications might cause big problems.

I use internet download manager 5.17 i find far less corupt files while useing this download manager.

i’ve tried different versions of winrar, but does not help! There might be something wrong while downloading, i will try out internet download manager..Thanks
