[Solved]Rapidshare “New Premium Zone” error. (MAJO

This Account expired on 12.06.2009 16:30 ! Expired Accounts are deleted after 14 days
Anyone else getting a fake expired message in the new premium zone? Should I be worried about my account actually being deleted in 14 days? In the old premium zone it shows up fine and says it will expire on the 12th, instead of already being expired like it says in the New Premium Zone. (This obviously makes no sense considering it’s not even june 12th yet…)

you could have sent a message to RS themselves, and if they were not aware of this bug then they would give you 1K points to your account
anyways, i have no idea. my account is expired so can’t tell you ;P

Yeah I mailed them already, but RS.com’s helpdesk takes like forever to respond. So I’m hoping to find out I’m not the only one one with this problem right now.

Mine has the correct expiration date listed. Have you tried calling RS Support in Switzerland? Support Phone: +41 41 748 78 80

It shows the correct one in the NEW premium zone? It shows correct in my regular Premium zone, but only in the New Premium zone it gives the message that it expired on June 12th.
And no I haven’t called them, nor do I really intend to any time soon. Apparently bugreport@~ Dead file host ~ doesn’t work (this is listed on their site for bug reports regarding the new prem. zone.) but support@~ Dead file host ~ works fine. So I mailed them there for now.

Meh. No response from Rapidshare yet either. I sure hope this bug doesn’t actually get my account deleted on the 12th.

Expired on June 12th? It’s not June 12th yet! Sounds like a misspelling of ‘expires’ to me. RS is not run by English speakers and there are very often these kind of mistakes in their pages.

My main concern with this is that those “14 days” they describe is the date my account would normally expire. As I said, this is noted correctly in the regular premium zone, but in the New Premium Zone it says it’s already expired, and gives the date from June 12th.
So either it gets deleted on June 12th, OR this message stays there until June 12th, and then from there it’ll take 14 days to be deleted. I haven’t received a mail yet like I normally always do before an account expires or is to be deleted. So I guess this might be a bug with the time system? But even if it’s a bug with the time system, my account could’ve been somehow fast-forwarded to June 12th. So confusing. And I still haven’t gotten a single response of RS.com themselves yet either.
Update:
The server time went ahead to the 29th now, and it still says 14 days valid on the account. I guess as long as this number stays on 14 until June 12th it’ll be fine. Let’s hope it stays that way.

This Account is only 13 days valid.
