Excuse me for asking this n00b question for I have not been a free rs users for ages.
What is the biggest mb file a free user can download?
And what is the waiting time?

u can download at 100 mb the max and waiting time for it depends

actually max file you can get is 200MB and waiting time is 15min between each file

^^ He’s right. 200 MBs is the new upload/download limit and 15 Mins is the waiting time now. That sucks for free users!

that depends if you have dynamic IP. If you do then mostly it will work but mine doesnt since its a router. but i got prem

And yeah 15 mins is the time limit and its brought back just some days ago. Atlease we get better speed now
