Is my battery fully charged when its says 100percent

I bought a new laptop and the battery can last up to 6 hours,you get about 4 hours out of it doing regular stuff like browsing etc.But now its say fully charged after about 1 hour.I read online that a full charge will take 3 hours with the same laptop.So is it fully charged or what??

They tell you the time, when the laptop batery is at 0%
whith means, from 0% to 100% it will take 3hours..

yeah, but why they say it takes 3hours, when it took him just 1 (at 10% )
that meants, he at least would’ve had to wait 2hours or something..

how long does it usually take for your laptops guys to charge properly?Even with my phone it has full bars after about half hour but i know its not fully charged so i leave it a few hours and then it is,Plus my ipod touch charges really quick and the green bar is full but its not properly charge.I turned my laptop on about 15mins ago and its gone from 60% to 84% thats really quick.

It depends, not all laptops charge the same time (Even the same brand, and version)
ps; then just leave the laptop for extra hour, or two

turn on battery saver mode
see if that helps
anyways 100% it when its full
the 3 hours is probably for an 0% empty one :d

make sure u dont over charge ur battery, which will weaken the battery and have it die more often.
