Freezing post count (Resolved)

Hey, I’ve got problem with my post count. After certain posts I make, post count stops and if I make new post in any thread post number remains same.
Anyone got similar problem like that?
EDIT : Found the exact problem.

There are several sections in which postcount is disabled.
