No Internet.

Have you installed your ethernet driver? your motherboard drivers too?
I re-installed windows and now I can't get internet through my router anymore. I'm running on a Dell Pentium 4 windows xp. Don't really know what to do...
you did a fresh install? then like above posted you might have deleted the internet card driver for you motherboard, i have done fresh install on a couple dells i usually have to download the ethernet card internet drivers for the motherboard and put them on a usb flash drive and install them.
unless you are saying you did a fresh install and it does not work with your router but works when you hook it up directly to your modem?
1st, check your motherboard and ethernet driver is installed
2nd, check if your comp recognises the router
3rd, check if the router needs reconfiguring
4th, consult your ISP
if ur ethernet is working properly u must get a monitor symbol near the time&date otherwise install the proper driver
