How to upload many files

Ok i have an account with megaupload and the program bitzipper, now i want to upload all my movies and tv shows but i need to keep them under 100 mbs each in order to earn reward points, when i use bitzipper to zip the file and split it i am not sure what to do with the two parts which do i upload?
one is a .zip file and the other is a .z01, i think i need both parts can i zip them together again or something?
