Depends on your router.
Most routers refer to it as port forwarding.
Some routers put that in a firewall section.
Just disabling the firewall won’t forward any ports, because you must choose a destination computer within the LAN to forward the port to.
You should be able to put the desired computer into a DMZ, which will forward all the ports to that computer.
You can additionally configure individual ports or exceptions for the DMZ in the router admin interface.

I have 2 ps3s both in a static ip how can i make them both with all the ports open.. would disabling upnp on ps3 and disable firewall on my bthomehub 3.0 work
