Local Only Acces Wi-Fi Internet

Hey guys! I have a really annoying problem. Sometimes my internet stops working and access becomes Local Only. Then after a few seconds, minutes, hours it goes back to Local and Internet. I have Windows Vista.
I searched the whole internet for solution, but couldn’t find any.
Please help me guys.

That just means that windows has noticed your computer does not have a internet connection provided by that network adapter.
As far as fixing the problem, could be many things. You said wifi, so I assume your connected wireless. You could connect via a wire to see if its your wireless network failing, or your internet its self failing.

when I get that problem, I right-click on the network and tell windows to fix the problem.
it auto detects the probs and fixes them, usually something just needs a restart

Typically when I see this, I attempt two fixes:
update the wireless adapter drivers from the oem website (sometimes ms releases bad drivers in auto updates).
And/or factory default the router and reset it up. Make sure b/g/n mode is enabled, wpa and wpa2, a manually set channel (6 or 11 or good stable options), and a long preamble if you have that option.
