Can my iphone 4 update to IOS 5 and untethered jailbreak ?

I am using Iphone 4 version 4.3.3 and now i would like to know if I can update my iphone 4 to version 5 and untethered jailbreak ?
Please tell me how to do it step by step, and if i download IOS 5 firmware, what firmware do i need to download cause i see there are GSM, CDMA, which that I need to dowload ?

Sorry, NO, because there is no UNTEtHERED JB for iOS 5
GSM = Has MicroSIM
CDMA = No SIM at all

GSM = Has MicroSIM
CDMA = No SIM at all
Hi could please tell me step by step how to syn app without lose the old when syn with Itune, I have read and done successfully one time with your post before but this time I update my iphone second time to 4.3.3 and every time i syn with Itune my old app that I download from installous are gone. I get it right again like I did before. thank in advance

1. Go in Installous, Settings and turn off SYNC with iTunes
2. Now you can freely sync apps because it will sync only apps that you have in iTunes…
