How To Translate PDF Magazine

I have download a pdf magazine which i can’t edit or write anything on their. I convert magazine from PDF to Word, but in word it is only showing image file, than i use Pdf password remover but it also said “File is not encrypted”. How can i edit and translate the file which is written in french, span language etc.

One thing may work and its a MAY Download Foxit reader and install it, open your PDF file with it, Go to Tools->Select text, try selecting some text (try a small one first) and then copy it and paste it into Word file and see if it works Make sure you have that language supported by Foxit reader
If it works well and good, Otherwise report it back may be you can get more help

Nope it is not working. No text was selecting, i checked in both English and other language magazine file. Please help

Try another PDF editor. ‘Acrobat Professional’ is one of them.

You can`t this is has been scanned and saved as a pdf image ?
The only way you could convert it is with OmniPage which can do OCR on an image or search for a free
program that can do the same or an website that does image to text.
Or Convert the pdf to html edit the pages in html and then save back to pdf.
If you like i can let you have the pages in single html pages so you can just edit them.
