[SOLVED]Which mounting program should I download that lets me mount

August 7th, 2016

and also autoruns the mounted program.
When I mounted with PowerISO, the mounted program didn’t autorun and I need it to autorun to install the program properly. I tried installing Alcohol 120% but it was too complicated for me. So if possible, what mounting program that’s simple to install, like PowerISO, can I use to mount and autorun a program?

Answer #1
There’s MagicISO if Power isn’t quite doing the job for you.
Although you do say about autorunning, I’m assuming you mean when you turn your PC on it detects the virtual drive?
I think MagicISO does this, and so does Power. So it should just be straigh forward, and just mount the ISO presumably.
If you’ve got any more details or need some more help PM me, I’ll do my best for you.

Daemon Tools Lite – free and easy to use!
Answer #3
Okay, thanks. I’ll try MagicISO.
But what I was trying to do was make it autorun right after it mounts, which should happen if it has the autorun.ini file in it. But the instructions might have just meant for it to autorun after I restart so I’ll try that. Thanks a lot!

If MagicISO doesn’t happen to have the intended result with autorun.
Then maybe go with Deamon Tools, if not the pro version then there’s always the ‘lite’ version which is free.

I think it is worth learning how to use Alcohol. It does everything you need and is not really that hard to use.
