Spare parts for Cars without licence *ex. Aixam*

So I have a moped, a “car” which doesn’t need a licence to be driven. I need to buy some new parts, like 2x Glow Plugs for my Yanmar Diesel Engine (523cm3,4kW), and a new oil filter. I found a site where you can buy spare parts,

but this one doesn’t ship internationally, only in France and Belgium.
Can please anyone help me? I googled alot, but I couldn’t find any better than this.
